I will substitute with the nearest seasonal option and colour to those displayed. Some of my products are very seasonal, so will not be available all year round. Anything bespoke will discussed directly with the client.
I do not accept returns, however replacements can be organised if there is a qualifying issue.

For gift order cancellations you must ring 24 hours before the order is due to be delivered otherwise charges may still apply where products have already been ordered.

Do you offer gift cards?

I can offer gift cards, please give me a ring to discuss.

What are the payment options?

Online Orders with debit / credit card. Cash: offline only.

How do I amend or cancel my order?

 You must ring 24 hours before the order is due to be delivered otherwise charges may still apply where products have already been ordered.
This does not include weddings, events and certain bespoke orders.

What will happen if the recipient is not home?

I will leave them somewhere as safe as possible or with a neighbour. A card will be placed through the door stating their location.  I will bring back and redeliver if there is no safe place after the recipient has contact me to say they are in.

Shipping and delivery charges

Can I choose the delivery date and time?

Yes you choose the delivery date. Timings can be requested as AM or PM for gift items. Funerals and weddings will be guaranteed.

How to care for your flowers

Yes.

for any bespoke flowers please give me a ring. I can make anything from personalised tributes through to wedding bouquets.

Make sure they are topped up with water daily and change the water when it becomes cloudy. Make sure to put your flowers in clean vases and do not put flowers in direct sunlight or too close to a heat source or near fruit. Extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, will not be good for your flowers.
